Duterte Formally Announces His 10 Basic Laws For The Philippines!

Presumptive President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte wants to implement rules that would discipline every Filipinos to prevent crime. He is known as the “The Punisher”.

These laws were announced when he made a press conference at Hotel Elena in Davao City. These laws will be strictly implemented once he will become officially the President of the Philippine Republic.

These are the 10 basic laws to be followed and be guided.
