Ingredients:
1 teaspoon - cocoa powder
2 tablespoon – oat flakes
300 ml low fat yogurt
5-7 plums
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Here is how to prepare:
- Boil dried plums in a
100 ml water and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix cocoa, oat
flakes and flax seed
- Add the low flat yogurt to
the dry ingredients and set aside
- Puree the plums and
mixed it to the low fat yogurt
- Mixed it well and put it
in the fridge.
