Here is a recipe that you can follow to a powerful breakfast meal:

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon - cocoa powder
2 tablespoon – oat flakes
300 ml low fat yogurt
5-7 plums
1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Here is how to prepare:

  1. Boil dried plums in a 100 ml water and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cocoa, oat flakes and flax seed
  3. Add the low flat yogurt to the dry ingredients and set aside
  4. Puree the plums and mixed  it to the low fat yogurt
  5. Mixed it well and put it in the fridge.

Do this regularly and see if it makes a difference.
