7 Creepy Parasites Ever Found Living Inside the Human Body!!!

Humans, just like animals, are also prone to parasites and other tiny organisms' infestations. They are always ready to feed and multiply on human cells once they've taken residence inside the human body.

The following list is a compilation of organisms shocking infestations on and in humans.

1. Tapeworms Infested Chinese Guys Entire Body

After enjoying several servings of sashimi in a restaurant, this Chinese guy suffered from abdominal pains and itching of the skin and decided to go to a hospital for a check up. X-ray results showed that his body has been riddle with tapeworms. In addition, investigations revealed that the raw fish used for the sashimi were also infected with tapeworms.

2. Spider Burrows Itself Inside A Man's Appendix Scar 

Dylan Thomas was enjoying a holiday when he noticed a red trail running across his stomach to his left nipple. After the red mark stretched even longer, Dylan decided to consult the doctors. Much to his surprise and what doctors initially thoughts was a simple insect bite, turned out to be a tropical spider which found its way inside Dylan's body through an old operation scar.

3. Maggots Multiplied Inside A Man's Scalp 

After a holiday trip to Beliza, Aaron Dallas thought he was losing his mind when he began feeling something moving and hearing noises in his brain. "I'd put my hand back there and feel them moving. I thought it was blood coursing through my head," he then added "I could hear them. I actually thought I was going crazy." He then sought medical help only to find out that five large maggots have been taking residence in his head.

4. Couple Infected with Flesh Eating Botflies 

Australian couple Bryan Williams and Ally Vagg were on a holiday vacation in Bolivia when they noticed sores scattered on their bodies. Initially, the couple thought they were just ordinary mosquito bites. However, after the situation prolonged without any progress, they finally reached for medical attention and discovered that numerous botfly larvae were multiplying under their skin.

5. Parasitic Bug Digs A Whole Under This Man’s Foot

Matthew O’Donnell, 22, came home to UK on a September after working as a volunteer in Tanzania when he felt a tingling sensation on his feet. Apparently, a parasitic bug was hiding inside his foot for a month. By the time he learned about the situation, the bug has already lain dozens of eggs. “I looked down to see a lump, I thought ‘What on earth is that?’” Matthew told the Plymouth Herald. “A tiny black bug dropped out, followed by 100 little white eggs tumbling after it." Matthew says, the bug left a hole (quite big) in his foot under his little toe. He also said that he didn’t know whether to laugh or cut his foot off “with a carving knife.” And as for the eggs, he wrapped the eggs in toilet paper and flushed them away before they had time to hatch.

6. Five-Inch Parasitic Worm Removed From Man’s Eye

P.K. Krishnamurthy  found that there’s a five-inch worm burrowed inside his cornea after having an eye infection that’s been bugging him for two weeks with redness and irritation. Once the doctors have successfully removed the parasite, it has lived for 30 more minutes.


7. Chinese Man Finds A Colony Of Flesh-Eating Parasites With Him

Chinese national Mr. Ma returned from a six-month trip to Africa when he noticed small, swollen sores along the right side of his body and leg. In addition, the sores also came with itchiness and fever. Wanting to find out the cause, he seek for medical attention and was surprised to learn that a colony of flesh-eating parasites living under his skin caused the mysterious sores.
