Vice Ganda Raises Eat Bulaga's Victory Flag "Hindi po namin kayang talunin ang Eat Bulaga"

it's showtime admits to defeat against eat bulaga

The constant rivalry between noontime shows Eat Bulaga and It's Showtime seems to have ended as Vice Ganda finally gave her opinion about the issue last Saturday, October 24 during their "Showtime Animversary" marking the 6th year It's Showtime has been delivering entertainment to its viewers.

"Ang saya-saya ko kasi ang tweet ko nga kaninang umaga, ‘This is a day to be very grateful.’ Sobrang grateful ko ngayong araw na ito kasi anim na taon, hindi biro 'yon, ha'." (I am very happy as I said in my tweet this morning, "This is a day to be very grateful," so much grateful for this day because 6 years is no joke.)

In addition, Vice Ganda took the opportunity to share the show's progress as it began from being a morning show until it was later on paired to air the same time as Eat Bulaga's.

Vice recalled telling the network executives back then that "there's no way he can't beat Eat Bulaga," in which the executives answered "Who told you you're going to beat Eat Bulaga? We are not putting you in the noontime show to beat Eat Bulaga. You will only accompany them to bring happiness."

In the end, Vice explained that there's no competition and rivalry between them and Eat Bulaga's hosts and in turn, fans from both shows shouldn't involve themselves in a fight.
