A recent issue of a wife (Rosela Dela Serna Cunay) who ate his husband's body (Cristituto Cunay) after she killed it went viral on social media. This happened in Anonang Visayas North Cotabato. It was reported that the husband was missing since July and the police found out that he was buried inside their house.

Their 7 year old child witnessed and said that her mom use a small wife to kill his father. However, there were also rumors that she poisoned her husband. Moreover, the issue was still under investigation.
