17 days into Christmas, Virginia Padilla Roble, a teacher, received a heartwarming Christmas gift from an unexpected person and shared the story on facebook which later on spread on social media sites.
"Just checked out of Perpetual Succour Hospital.I got this note from the nurses' station. Thank you for the early Christmas gift, Dr. Dilbert Monicit. Thank you for being there."
Coincidentally, Dr Dilbert Monicit is no stranger to the teacher as he was apparently a student of Ms Roble 22 years ago.
Upon her check out from Perpetual Succour Hospital, Ms Roble received what she thought are her medical bills, only to find out that her former student wrote a note that her bill was already paid 22 years back.
Now this is what we call gratitude. Salute to all doctors and teachers!
