VIRAL: Bangkok shrine bombing kills at least 20 people and injures more than a hundred!!

Yesterday, a very sad news immediately circulated the web after a bombing at a famous shrine in Bangkok kills at least 20 people most of them tourists. Innocent bystanders, worshippers, and tourists have been the victim of a heartless bombing at Erawan Shrine Bangkok. Raw footage of the explosion has been circulating the internet since yesterday.

Authorities in Thailand has confirmed early Tuesday that at least 20 were killed and that a guy with an “Arab Look” was seen on the scene before the explosion happened. Witnesses say that the guy left a bag under a bench beside the fence of the shrine which then hurriedly left the place and started dialing on his phone.

Authorities confirmed that an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was in the bag which was made of 3kgs of TNT which has a blast radius of a 100 meters. Nearby establishments took a lot of damage from the blast alone while a lot of people visiting the Shrine got injured. Motives for the attack is still unknown.

Authorities are still on high alert after the incident of what seems to be a terrorist attack. The target area alone, damage and the numbers of people injured can already be considered as an act of terrorism. Though the suspects are still at large and hasn’t issued a statement yet, investigations are now being done.
