Pythons are menacing creatures which many animals and humans feared of. They are that one of the self-restraining animals that can wait minutes and hours for their prey to catch. They are strong and deadly, that is why when people saw a lifeless 13 ft. big bellyed python many were intrigued as to what caused such death.
The discomfort inside the belly of the snake from the spikes of the porcupine caused its demise.
The curious bystanders dissected the snake and saw a porcupine, yes! a porcupine. It seemed that the porcupine after being eaten by the python releases its spikes inside the stomach of the snake.
