This is a story of a dog and her puppies who save their owner and when being abandoned, fights to survive and patiently waits for their owners to come back. Based on a true story, it is a touching tale that can break everyone's heart. 

Dogs are loyals. They protect their owners and their pups. They know how to care and look up to the persons who take care of them. When situations of dangers arrive, dogs will be right there.

Mari together with her puppies are acting a bit strange, looking like they know something big is about to happen. She hides her pups and bark loudly as she can to warn her owners, a young girl and her grandfather. An earthquake comes in without any notice. It has devastated the village, especially the house of Mari's owner. The cabinets and furnitures fall directly to the old man causing him to be severely injured and the young girl remains unconscious. All thanks to Mari, the rescuers are able to find them and immediately rescue the two. 

When the young girl is about to be brought in the helicopter, she ask her rescuers if Mari and the puppies will go along with them but the man answers in return that he can't bring in those dogs for they don't have much time. It breaks our heart to witness Mari, running all her might to cope up on the flying helicopter. The video cuts off short, leaving everyone emotional what is going to happen to Mari and her dogs. Luckily, the video is a clip from a Japanese movie.

A tale of  Mari and three puppies, is a Japanese movie based on a true event that happen during the 2004 Chuetsu earthquake. The story has been frequently mentioned on television and the story is made to book.

Mari and her puppies are like our dogs too. They all love their owners and have such amount of loyalty and care. We should learn to love dogs like how much love we get from them.
