Dog Trying To Save Dying Fish

When we mention fish, probably the first thing we think of is food. Delicious mouthwatering fish dishes we all love to eat. While we cook them for food, this dog tries to save a fish's life.

Golden by name, golden by nature. A golden retriever is caught by film trying to save a fish. The selfless animal tries to splash some water to the fish as they slowly die while laying on the ground. Using his nose, the canine flick water into the fish then comes nudging one of the sea creatures more like of a sympathetic gesture to the dying fish.

While the rest see the situation something to melt our hearts for, some are stating that the dog doesn't understand that fish needs water and the nose thing behavior is common towards dogs. These explanations can rationalize the idea of how dogs react to the fish. The behavior is one way of showing that it is burying something. If the sea creatures are surrounded by something else other than water then it will possibly what the dogs will be using instead.

Even with all the arguments and explanations of the dog's behavior, everyone lets out a collective "aww" as this dog shows compassion to his floundering friends. Still, it is believed that dogs have the capacity for empathy and grief, no matter the skepticism or the science. This type of scenerio between animals remind us that animals have hearts just like humans too.

I wish all humans would be like this amazing dog.
